We bought this gift for our granddaughter for her 5th birthday. She has so much fun creating the atmosphere of globe.The fact that you can control the lights’ speed (flashing quickly, blinking or steady) just made it where she had control. This is very important to growing little girl. She used it when her sister was taking nap time as a nite light. She was the super big sister.

Great Product!!I purchased it for my six year old daughter ! She was so excited to make her own night light. The instructions was easy to follow and everything was included. She did it on her own without any help. It turned out really cute. I was so proud of her! She uses it every night. I love crafts that are functional.Great product!

Pretty and fun
This would be a little messy for a young child to put together. But I assembled it before giving it to my 3-year-old niece and she loved it. The detail painting on the unicorns is really nice, considering how small they are (it’s not sloppy).I wish they had cut a small opening in either the plastic dome, or the wooden base, so the cord to the lights wasn’t crushed when you put the dome on. I carefully chiseled out a little notch at the bottom edge of the dome & that worked.It also would have been nice if the battery case had been attached to the bottom of the light itself, rather than dangling by the cord, since this is designed for kids, and young kids love to carry things around.As another reviewer noted, the package makes it look cheap, like a dollar-store item, which makes it less giftable. I paid $23 and I feel like it was a decent value. It’s very cute with the lights on, and with an older child, you’d get the added value of the fun of them being able to “craft” it.Battery case, containing 2 AA batteries, is under the base, in the “finished item” photo, so you can see how big it is.

Beautiful
It’s an excellent little set – my 5 year old managed to put it together mostly by themselves, needed some help with the glue which is included mine came with 2 small unicorns, a tree and some little houses

So cute. My daughter loves hers. The lights are so bright. Only problem was the glue. The tip didn’t work too wel. Took off the entire cap.

Very pretty
This unicorn night light my granddaughter spotted on a tv commercial & it went on her Christmas wish list. I was happy to find it on Amazon. Everything you need comes nicely in the box as well as directions. It all looks very pretty. It will be a nice project to put together with her. She is 6yo & I feel it’s an appropriate age with adult guidance since there is super glue involved. I’ll wait for the process & outcome to determine if it was worth what I paid.
