Best I can find for a kids’ drone on Amazon
I purchased 4 of these for a kids center I run. I’ve tried numerous other drones that are “kid friendly”, but this one is about the best one that you can find on Amazon. The cowls that surround the blades are beefy enough to handle bumps to the sides of the drone, and it is light enough and sturdy enough to survive those times where the drone drops out of the sky. Battery life on these are remarkably long compared to what I expected. I docked one star because I purchased one that was somewhat DOA – the drone would take off and run for about 1-2 seconds, then shut off completely and fall out of the air. Luckily I was refunded after returning that one. Other than that, these drones are great for kids and adults, it seems really easy to use, and is about the best you can buy off of Amazon for a starter/kids drone.

Fun Little Drone!
Really quite a cool little drone. The LED’s are very bright and look great at night. Very simple instructions, very simple to fly, BUT does take some practice. This is my first drone and I really enjoy flying it around the house. Not a very powerful drone, so I would stay away from flying it outside if there is ANY wind at all. This drone will get carried away with any wind at all. (experience speaking) Other than that I would say the ONLY complaint I have is the battery life isn’t too long. Charge time can be 20 to 40 minutes if you use a WALL CHARGER and NOT your computer like it says in the instructions. Since this is my second one I purchased (after the first one flew away with the wind) , I have 3 batteries and can fly this thing for almost 45 minutes if all batteries are charged.Fun drone, easy to control and great for anyone!

One of the best kids drones.
This fun little drone is suprisingly zippy.I use this one to do little loops indoors on rainy/windy days and to practice LOS flying.It’s not a dji drone. This one is an actual TOY. It’s 30 bucks. It’ll break sooner or later but you spent enough to get interested in the hobby and for that it’s PERFECT. I’m buying 10 more for Christmas.Edit to add more info. The batteries charge way faster than the 50-60 minutes they advertise.And when charged, mine lasted for a really long time, the booklet says when the leds start flashing, you get about 40 secs of juice left to land. I tested it and flew around on speed 3 for another 3 minutes and 36 seconds. So the batteries are really good imo.I would give this toy drone 10/5 if I could. I’ve tried pretty much all of them, this is one of the better ones.I just flew it into my ceiling fan and it was FINE.

This drone was a gift and I absolutely love it. This is by far my favorite drone. The other drones that I have are challanging for me to learn how to maneuver, but this one is really easy. I have no complaints what so ever. I think it’s great for kids and adults. I uploaded a little portion of a video of me flying it. Lots of fun easy to use and very durable

Great present for busy minds
Bought as a Christmas present for my brilliant 8yr old nephew and he LOVES it! I know, I know, it says 14yr+ , but this kid is a genius who loves a challenge and even though it was his first drone, he was flying it like a pro within 2 days.

Very Easy to Fly!
I got this drone for my Godson that is almost 8 years old. I knew he would think it was a very cool toy and because it stayed it was crash proof and seemed targeted for kids, I took the chance even though I knew drones can be very hard to fly, especially for a child. This drone is awesome. It does have a one button take off and while he is still figuring it out a bit, it is easy enough that he can keep it in the air and maneuver it pretty well.We just played with it for about an hour today so I may have to come back and give more detailed review once we have figured it out a little better.As of right now, I am extremely pleased with this purchase and it’s ease of use for my Godson.

Easy flying
Awesome little drone. My 6 y/o flies it. The auto altitude hold makes it easy and fun for him to fly!! I have spent more for less.
